2. The thinner the chips, the higher the oil content.

3. The higher the oil temperature, the lower the oil content of potato chips. With the increase of oil temperature,
 the density and viscosity of oil decrease, and the oil storage per unit space also decreases.

4. Different types of frying oil will also affect the oil content of potato chips.

5. In a certain period of time, the longer the frying time, the higher the oil content of potato chips.
