QK140 is consisted of frame, drive system, cutting system, feeding system and electrical control part, made of SUS304.

Features
The cutting knife and the drive frame are on a straight line, which can be more durable, simple-structured, low cost in maintain. The driven system is hydraulically, with adjustable cutting force and speed;

No need to unfrozen the meat, our machine can cut the frozen meat block directly, which maintain the nutria inside the frozen meat.

Application:

Our machine is widely used in breaking and cutting the large size frozen meat block like pork, beef, chicken, fish etc. It can cut the whole -18ºC meat block into small blocks with high efficiency.

 Frozen meat cutter DQK140 can cut the meat or cheese into cube smaller than 200*200*200mm. Then, it would transported to the inlet of the frozen meat dicer DRD450 by the conveyor T140, and finally cut into the size you need.
