Our company also has tartary buckwheat shelling machine supporting equipment, according to customer demand, design and manufacture large buckwheat rice processing production line. The cleaning, grading, shelling, peeling and sorting of buckwheat (sweet buckwheat and tartary buckwheat) are realized.

 

It consists of two parts: cleaning and grading unit and shelling and sorting unit. The two parts are independent and can be operated separately.

 

The cleaning and grading unit consists of a hopper, a multifunctional trash remover, a bucket elevator, a classifier and a control cabinet. The cleaning and grading unit can clean buckwheat raw materials to remove all kinds of impurities (large impurities, small impurities, light impurities, heavy impurities, withered seeds, dust, etc.), and then classify the raw materials, which are usually divided into 7 grades.

 

The shelling and sorting unit consists of upper hopper, elevator, shelling and sorting host and control cabinet. The shelling and sorting unit can shelling, peeling and shelling for each level (except the smallest) after classification, and the grains that are not shelled at one time can automatically return to the sheller for re shelling. Because of the way of classification first and then shelling, the effect of shelling and sorting is good, the efficiency is high and the rate of whole meter is high.
