Introduction of carrot juice extractor 
1. This machine can completely crush fruits, squeezing juice and residue discharging automatically. That crush the fruits into 3~10mm particle. Then passsing the crushed material into spiral system, which improves the juicing effect.

working principle of carrot juice extractor 
1. The main structure is the crushing device which installed above the inlet hopper.There are four groups running knives and one group stationary knife. And running knife cut the fruit by rotating with axis to 2-5mm piece and then into the spiral juicing part directly to making juice.
 
2. The main structure of the juicer is the helix, the helix diameter becomes more and more bigger and screw pitch is less and less smaller near dreg hopper.While the material impelled by helix, as the pressure exists, the material which behind crushing to be broken.
 
3. The direction of helix is clockwise as the arrow direction. Add the material from inlet hopper and pressed by the helix. The juice then flow to the collection tank at the bottom and dreg expel from the outlet on the right.
 
4. When the gap decrease, the dregs discharge rate will reduce. When the volume of the gap is too samll, particle of dregs will be extrude through the filter with juice. Therefore the gap depends on the demand of client's requirement about the juice.
