Product Features:
1. The tomato sauce processing equipment of our company has reasonable design, beautiful appearance, stable operation, stable energy saving and low steam consumption.
2. The concentration system adopts the forced circulation vacuum concentration evaporator, which is specially used for the concentration of high viscosity materials such as jam, fruit pulp and syrup, so that the tomato paste with high viscosity is easy to flow and evaporate, and the concentration time is short. The tomato paste can be condensed from 4.5-5.5% Brix to 28-30% brix, 30-32% brix, 36-38% Brix according to customers' requirements,
3. The evaporation temperature of the evaporator is low, the heat is fully utilized, the tomato sauce is heated mildly, the heat is evenly heated in the tube, and the heat transfer coefficient is high, which can reduce the phenomenon of "dry wall".
4. The condenser with special structure can operate normally when the cooling water temperature is 30 ºC or higher.
5. Continuous feeding and discharging, the liquid level and required concentration can be controlled automatically.

Our company can design customized juice production lines in accordance to the customers' requirements. The production capacity varies from 300L/h to 20000L/h according to customer's need.
