Introduction:

    Microwave spices sterilization equipment is mainly used for drying and sterilizing condiments,such as garlic ,onlion,tumeric,chili power and so on.Low-temperature sterilization maintains nutrients and traditional flavors. Microwave can penetrate the inside of the material. The frequency is 2450MHz. Microwave spices sterilization equipment oscillates 2.45 billion times per second.Microwave spices sterilization equipment kills bacteria through special thermal and non-thermal effects. It is comparable to conventional thermal sterilization. Low temperature and short time can obtain the required disinfection and sterilization effect. Practice has proved that, generally, all E. coli can be killed at 70°C, and the total number of bacteria at 80-90°C is greatly reduced, and the time is only 2 to 3 minutes. The speed is fast and the time is short, so the nutrients and traditional flavors in the food are retained. Extending the shelf life has a significant effect on improving product quality.
