4. Working Principle

When gravity separator works, the material falls from the feeding hopper to the work surface. Due to the reciprocating vibration and wind effect of the work surface, the material with a large specific gravity sinks under the material layer, and the light and thin material with a small specific gravity (defective) floating on material surface, forming a preliminary layering grading of finished and defective products. The inferior product in the upper layer is continuously moved along the inclined working surface to  the inferior product area under the action of wind force and gravity, slide into the discharge hopper and exit the machine through the discharge hopper. Because the finished product has a large specific gravity, it is easy to contact the screen surface. It is crawled to the high side by the friction of the screen surface. At the same time, it slides along the screen obliquely into the finished product area, and then exits the machine outside through the hopper. In addition, a part of the mixture is discharged out of the machine as the return material from the return outlet, and then returned to the feeding hopper through elevator to re-screen.

Packing Delivery

First, the brown rice is fed to rice polisher through screw head. the surface of the rice grain is polished by friction under a certain pressure and temperature. Through the polishing treatment, not only the floating surface of the rice grain can be cleared, but also the starch is pregelatinized and gelatinized on the surface of the rice starch, and the starch gelatinization makes up for cracks, thereby obtaining the smooth appearance, improving the storage life of the rice, therefore polished rice is very necessary.
