This depositing line consists of jacket dissolving cooker, gear pump, storage strainer, storage tank, discharging pump, color & flavor jigger, color & flavor mixer, depositor, cooling tunnel, electric control cabinet, etc.
The depositor is the main part in the candy production line.it is used to syrup holding, and quantitative filling.It has heating control system.TG uses machine center to control bottom plate size, which will achieve stable depositing and uniform shape candy. For other factory, this part is proceed by lathe, dimension tolerance is big and could not get a stable running.Temperature sensor is connected by aviation plug, in case it doesn't work, just change the sensor head no need change the whole sensor wire. While for other factory, it is connected by general plug, which will bring a lot of trouble in maintenance.
