Toffee candy depositing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different types of toffee candy. It is an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.This depositing line consists of jacket dissolving cooker,gear pump,storage tank ,special toffee cooker,discharging pump,color and flavor dosing system,color and flavor mixer,depositor ,cooling tunel,electric control cabinet,ect.
FEATURES:
 

1. PLC /Servo driven process control available;
2. An LED touch panel for easy operating;
3. The production capacity is 150-600kgs/h;
4. Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.
5. Silicon moulds for good shape forming and easily de-mould.
6. Inline dynamic mixer for mixing with the color and flavor is available.
7. Option chocolate injection system for producing toffee candy with chocolate filled.
8. Isolation cover is installed on the cooling tunnel.
