4. Working Principle 

This machine can work continuously for cleaning through constant rotation of the round sifting drum by using different particle sizes of raw materials and impurities, to remove large and small impurities from raw materials.

The raw materials enter from the feeding hopper into the sifting drum in a certain included angle with horizontal direction (the inclination angle of sifting drum can be adjusted in a scope of 4°~9° according to different materials and different cleaning requirements), and the inside sifting drum apertures are larger than the normal sizes of finished products, therefore, the finished products and small impurities are all throughs, while large impurities as tailings flow to the outlet of large impurities; the outside sifting drum apertures are smaller than the normal sizes of finished products, small impurities pass through the apertures and flow to the outlet of small impurities, and the tailings are the finished products. At the outlet of finished products, an aspirating opening is prepared and can be fitted with an exhaust system to clean light impurities such as shriveled kernels, bran and dust mixed in finished products; the aspirating opening at the top is used for dust collection.
