Features:

The pulling machine has been designed by SHINWEI TECH for the aeration of many different types of confectionery masses such as hard candy, toffee and chewy sweets.

It consists of a geared motor, which drives the two rotating pulling arms around a third fixed arm. All internal moving parts are housed in a fixed cover.

The rotating speed of the machine can be adjust by the frequency inverter and shows in the touch screen for easily operation. There are three steps running speed, low, middle and fast speed are available when setting auto running mode. The pulling arms can be rotated in either clockwise or anti-clockwise directions. Speed of the arms is fixed by the belt wheel.

There is a safety cover installed on the machine, when open the over, the pulling arm will be stopped automatic to guarantee the operator's safety.

    a. Inside the machine put desiccant

    b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap

    c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 
4. Container: according to different products for reinforcement.
