Supervision to installation
Supervision and assistance during installation shall be carried out by qualified Genyond machine technicians, helped by customer's technicians. Customer shall provide the unskilled labor, the necessary equipment (forklifts, cranes, tools, bottles of oxygen and acetylene, welding units, etc.) as well the skilled staff required to help our technicians during the assembling of the machinery delivered by Genyond machine. Genyond machine will complete the installation within max 8 to 10 weeks.
Technical assistance and training during plant start‐up
Genyond machine will send technicians to customer's site, during their stay these technicians will start‐up the Line, train the Customer's technicians and assist the Customer's personnel in Plants running. The assistance lasts for max 3 weeks.
Travel, board and lodging costs
The customer will pay USD 120 per day for every Genyond machine's technician and be responsible for the following costs, born during our technicians' stay:
• Travel costs, for Genyond machine's technicians, from and to your Country.
• Board and lodging (good standard level)
• Local transport means
• Phone and fax facilities to contact our Company
Note:
Genyond machine technicians will have the only goal to support the Customer during the start up. The Customer's staff will be entrusted with the machine/s operation and will be fully responsible to comply with the operating parameters set by the Production and Quality Managers of the Customer itself as far as production requirements, quality and quantity characteristics of the raw material available and the final product to be obtained are concerned .
If the machine/s object of this Proposal is/are intended for processing more than one product and/or several containers , the times mentioned above refer , unless otherwise specified , to the start‐up with one product (the first available) and one container , only. The times and costs for machine start‐up with other products and/or containers , as well the related travel , board and lodging expenses will be quoted and invoiced separately.
The times herein indicated refer to standard conditions in the erection site, with technical staff, made available by Customer, suitably trained, skilled and capable of carrying out the installation work within the time schedule agreed. Genyond machine technicians will work for 10 hours / day for 6 days/week.
