Industrial Microwave Oat Drying Sterilization Equipment

Introduction:

Usually, oats can be processed directly by microwave curing and drying equipment, one is to sterilize and kill enzymes, and the other is to produce aroma. Microwave curing equipment can not only facilitate the long-term storage of products, but also improve the quality of oatmeal. When the oat grain is intact, it is a complete living body, and there are a large number of enzymes in its germ, which must be inactivated and stabilized by temperature. The finished oatmeal that is made well has a milk scent. This scent is not added with flavor, but is naturally generated after heat treatment. The addition of steam before heat treatment is also to increase the moisture appropriately, which is conducive to starch gelatinization. Generally, the heat treatment temperature should be higher than 90ºC. If the moisture is too high, it is not conducive to rolling.
