Rotary washing machine is composed of frame, transmission reducer, conveying hollow screw, rotary drum, spray pipe, water collecting device, high pressure nozzle and others.


Working principle of rotary washing machine:

When working, the reducer turns the transmission shaft through the chain, and then drives the drive chain on the outer surface of the drum through the power sprocket on the transmission shaft, thus rotating the drum. After the raw materials enter the drum, they are rolled and cleaned under the action of the drum and high-pressure spray water. Moreover, the hollow screw can delivery the material conveniently and evenly.

The sewage flows into the sump through the mesh on the surface of the drum, which is similar to the discharge port of the rhizome cleaning machine. When the sewage accumulates to a certain height in the sump, it will overflow the sump and flow to the curved network of water filtration.
At this time, the water will enter the water tank through the mesh of the filter screen, the floating dirt will slide out of the filter screen, and the precipitated dirt will stay at the bottom of the sump for discharge, the water filtered by the filter screen will be transported to the spray pipe under the action of the water pump, so that the water can be recycled.
