Product Description

1.- Vegetable Processing Line Ginger Production Line Ginger Washing Plant

The general washing process of ginger:

Soaking: If there's lots of mud on the surface of the ginger, it's necessary to put the dirty ginger into the soak tank
for pre-washing, then it wil be more easy to be cleaned in next step.

High pressure spary washing: In this step the ginger will be removed most of the mud on its surface with the high pressure
water generated by the high pressure spary washer machine.

Bubble washing: In this step the mud and impurities on the surface of ginger will be removed completely.

Pre-dewatering: Processed by the vibration dewatering machine.

First drying:Processed by the cool air drying machine.

Second drying: Processed by the hot air drying machine.
