The principle of the basket washing machine:
 
The washing machine works with three phase asynchronous motor, when the trays/crates are put on the guide rail, the high pressure sprinkler in the water tank sprays the cleaning fluid, to remove the impurities in the trays/crates, then the impurities fall into the water tank together with the cleaning liquid.
 

The principle of equipment:
1. The machine works with high pressure spray as the washing method. The main cleaning agent is about 80 centigrade hot water.

2. Washing system: Hot alkaline water section, hot water spray section, room temperature water spray section, disinfectant water spray section, drying section.The disinfection water spray section and drying section can be allocated according to customer requirements.

3. All circulating water tanks adopt the horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump, which spray cycle water to wash the materials from the upper and lower, left and right four directions at the same time.
