Introduction:

HC20 lollipop depositing machine is a new small casting equipment (use by manual),The machine is controlled by the cylinder, push button operation. The machine is Compact, has stable performance, can cast a single, two-color double-flavored lollipops. The machine is equipped with special design of heat-conducting oil heating devices, hopper can be well controlled temperature, is an ideal candy casting test equipment.

It is hot star lollipop, if you want to make, need add cooker machine and coating machine,

Two-layer's lollipop :

Two-layer's lollipop needs two Hc50semi-automatic depositing machines, and 3layers' needs three. 

 

 

Packaging & Shipping

Wooden Packing:

 

1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 
2. After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 
3. Packing:

    a. Inside the machine put desiccant

    b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap

    c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 
4. Container: according to different products for reinforcement.
