Soybean Oil Extraction machine

The whole soybean oil production line includes soybean oil pretreatment machine, soybean oil extraction machine and soybean oil refining machine.The turnkey soybean oil project includes the following three workshops:

1.Soybean pretreatment workshopIt's used to process soybean into suitable condition for extraction through cleaning, stones removal, impurities removal, crushing, softening and conditioning, flaking ,drying and other processes.1).Convey soybean with feeder from buffer hopper to bucket elevator, then use bucket elevator to elevate soybean to process.2).Cleaning soybean.Use magnetic selector to remove metal impurities and remove other impurities with cleaning screen,specific gravity stoning machine and dust remover. 3).Crushing.Use crusher to crush soybean into pieces so as to get smaller particle size for flaking.4).Softening.Use softening pot to soften soybean so as to increase its plasticity through adjusting its moisture and temperature.5).Flaking. Roll soybean particles into flakes with flaking roll,so as to break its cellular structure and then separate oil easier when extracting.6).Drying. Adjust soybean flakes to suitable moisture and temperature for extraction .
 2.Extraction Workshop
Oil extraction process is a kind of making oil method utilizing the character that oil in oilseeds dissolves in selected solvent and diffuse together.It is a mass transfer process,also used in chemical operation.Evaporate and strip mixture of oil and solvent according to different boiling points between volatile solvent and non-volatile oil, make solvent vaporization into gas and separate from oil to get crude extracted oil.Solvent can be recycled after condensation.There is some solvent in meal,it needs drying to recover and get dry meal.1).Extraction section.Convey soybean flakes with scraper conveyor to extractor,make them contact with organic solvent fully through soak and spray to get miscella, miscella into miscella tank for removing solvent, and wet meal out of the bottom of extractor to desolventizer-toaster for solvent removal.Rotocel extractor is typical extractor to extract oil with solvent.2).Toasting section.Use DTDC to separate solvent out from wet meal to get dry meal without solvent for animal feeds, and solvent can be recycled through condensation. DTDC desolventizer-toaster is used in this section.3).Evaporation and steam-stripping section. Because of different boiling point,remove solvent from miscella to get crude soybean oil with No.1 long tube evaporator, No.2 long tube evaporator and steam-stripping column.4).Solvent from meal toasting and evaporation and steam-stripping of miscella can be recycled through condensation.5).Exhaust gas recovery section.Use paraffin absorption tower, paraffin desorption tower to remove residual solvent.

 
3.Oil refining WorkshopAdd hot water to remove phospholipids, decolorization (removing pigment from oil to make oil clear and transparent) through adsorption of active bleaching clay, continuous physical deacidification and deodorization.1).Degumming,alkali refining deacidification,water washing and drying.Through adding hot water and food grade phosphoric acid to remove hydratable phospholipids and nonhydratable phospholipids.Then add caustic soda to neutralize free fatty acid to decrease acid value.2).Continuous bleaching. Add active bleaching clay, and remove pigment from oil through adsorption of active bleaching clay. 3).Continuous deacidification and deodorization.Use combined deacidification & deodorization tower to remove free fatty acid and odor from oil.

Machining Work
We have 210 senior engineering technicians among 580 staff, invest USD60,000.000 to establish 8 production workshops, 2 machining workshops,with 202 sets of automatic processing equipment, such as automatic laser cutting machine, flame cutting machine, double housing planer,union melt welding machine, tube-sheet welding machine, etc, annual processing capacity is more than 3000 sets.


Packing: Our oil machines adopt wooden case or power distribution cabinet and motors, reducers, and adopt solid packing for flanges, meters, valves,etc.
For all machines, after sand blasting and rust protection, also use film to keep cleaning before delivery, also fixing treatment to prevent rolling and collision.
 
Delivery: We have gantry cranes in every workshop for heavy machines, and forklifts for normal machines.
