Refrigerated bulk milk tank
Refrigerated bulk milk tanks are horizontal milk tanks for faster cooling of fresh milk and many dairy products. The oval-shaped tank design offers a perfect radius for easy cleaning.
The pillowplate outside the inner vessel ensured a direct expansion and rapid cooling. Manhole cover(s) which overlap the opening(s) on top of the horizontal tank body allowed easy routine inspection and maintenance. High quality CFC free polyurethane isolation will be injected between the inner vessel and the outer casing for the purpose of maximal efficiency and energy saving.
Adopt high efficient cooling unit with hermetic compressor (with all necessary protections) and use full ecological coolant such as R404A, R290 which can meet international standard.
Made of SS304, being durable in quality, superior in performance, our open top milk coolers are available in the capacity of 300L to 3,000L with various configuration.
Power supply can be 230V 50 Hz single phase, 400V 50 Hz three phase or 220V 60Hz 3phase. Temperature control system consists of controller with temperature digital indicator and integrated electronic thermostat with program for interval mixing of milk for purpose of keeping same milkfat.
