1.- Automatic Frying Oil Mesh Belt Filter Machine For Frying Line

General Introductions:
The net belt type oil filter is one of the important auxiliary equipment in the production of frying food, it can work together with the fryer machine. 
During the frying process, it is inevitable that some debris will fall into the frying pan. Because the oil temperature is very high (about 150 ºC) at this time, if the debris is in the high temperature oil for a long time, this will accelerate the aging of the oil, then affect the quality of the products. Therefore, it is necessary for the whole production process to remove debris in oil in time.

Principle of Working:
This machine uses physical method to filter out the high-temperature oil  effectively during the frying process, to remove the particulate impurities, charcoal, polymer and other harmful substances, so improves the total frying environment, stops the increased acid value and peroxide value, improves the utilization rate of frying oil.
