Introduction of the use of BRW80/20 emulsion pump

The BRW80/20 emulsion pump, based on its universal crankcase, and the emulsion pump station composed of RX-640 emulsion box, mainly provides the power source for the comprehensive mechanized coal mining single hydraulic support, and can also be used in other hydraulic equipment on the ground. The pumping station is generally composed of two pumps and one box, and three pumps and two boxes can be configured for high efficiency and high yield working face.

The emulsion pump is a horizontal three plunger reciprocating pump, which is driven by a four pole explosion-proof motor. After decelerating the first grade gear, the three curved crankshaft is rotated, and then the plunger is driven by the connecting rod and slider to make the reciprocating movement, so that the working fluid is absorbed and discharged in the head of the pump, and then the electric energy is converted into hydraulic energy and the high pressure liquid is output. It is used for working of hydraulic support.
