Collective meal food distribution shall not be under the condition of 10ºC to 60ºC temperature storage and transportation ,from cooked to eat time interval (shelf life) should meet the following requirements:

2H after cooked food centre keep temperature above 60ºC hidden (hot), its shelf life for 4h after cooked.

2H after cooked food centre temperature below 10ºC(refrigeration),24h after shelf life for properly cooded ,but should be heated before meals.

The central kitchen cooked foods preservation process:

Mainly includes :livestock and poultry cooked food products ,keeping ,casseroles ,stews, fast food ,baking food ,etc .can according to customer inquired to customized .

Process :

Raw material treatment ----cooking(bakery) -----cooling ----cutting and put in box -----packing -----pasteurization----put in storage .Precooling method :

1.vacuum precooling .

Cold storage air conditioning precooling, ozone sterilizaiton at the same time .
