FMFQ Series Compound Mill
   Structure Features:
         1. Full air pressure automatic control grinding roller clutch and pnumatic friction plate clutch; equipped with sensitive mechanical sensing devices and servo feeding system, the opening size of the feeding door can be automatically adjusted with the change of material flow.
        2. The grinding roller is placed horizontally on the cast iron base with good shock absorption performance, which can maintain the lowest noise and vibration under the maximum load.
        3. The machine adopts toothed wedge belt transmission between the fast and slow wheels, the work is stable without deviation.
        4. The high-quality cast iron structureof the lower part of the machine body is made by strict aging treatment and precision processing, while the upper part of the machine body is made of high-quality steel plate by CNC cutting and gas shielded welding. The overall structure is reasonable and the apperance is beautiful.
        5. The grinding roller has undergone strict quality inspection and dynamic balance treatment to ensure smooth operation.
        6. When the machine is installed on the second floor, it can use self-flowing materials. When it is installed on the first floor, it can use grinding chamber suction materials, which can be selected by the user.
        7. The motor is installed in the machine body, so the whole machine is easy to install.

         
  Packaging: 
    All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
