This is the wheat maize corn rice sorghum flour making machine with capacity 50 ton per day.

Technical of 50T flour making machine:

2. Technical for cleaning system:
Three sieves, Two beating, Two removing stone, and Two magnetic selecting.
3. Technical for flour system:
Six roller mills , five FSFJ2×12×83 double-bin sifter sieves, one FSFJ1*83 single sifter sieve make up of 4B,6M,1S and 2 bran brusher.

Main equipments:

1. Cleaner:


The wheat/maize/corn/rice/sorghum flow through feeding entrance into the first part to get large impurity removed. Then wheat/maize/corn/rice/sorghum through first part to the second part to get stones removed. There are three different kinds of sieves inside this part to make sure the stones removed cleanly. Then wheat/maize/corn/rice/sorghum flow into the third part to get brushed. Finally flow out of the cleaner. 

2. Double roller mill:

This is double roller mill used for milling wheat/maize/corn/rice/sorghum into flour. Type 2230, 2235, 2540, 2550 unitary flour mills have the characteristic of compacting structure, easy operation, can be used in building 30-90 T/24h flour complete plant.

3. Auto-weight and packing machine:


It can used for packing wheat/maize/corn/rice/sorghum flour, bran, grits, etc.
Struction: e-measurement technology, realized automatically fill, automatically detect weight, automatically measure the number of bags.
It has different packing weight: 10-25 kg and 25-50kg.
