The machine can realize the automatic separation of buckwheat rice and shell, and separate the crumb foam from the buckwheat rice. This machine adopts dry dehulling method, without prior hydrothermal treatment of buckwheat raw materials. It has the advantages of simple operation, high rice yield, high whole rice rate and clean shell rice separation

 

2. Feature

 

The sheller adopts adjustable design, which can change the gap of sand wheel according to the material condition to achieve ideal shelling effect. After technical upgrading, the sheller can ensure stable operation without locking mechanism and make the operation simple and convenient.

 

The screen plate is made of high quality cold rolled steel plate of Angang, which is strong and durable. The lower elastic ball design reduces the phenomenon of hole sticking.

 

The adoption of vibrating negative pressure separator and screw unloader facilitates the collection of leather and reduces the generation of dust.

 

The vibration source of the whole set of equipment adopts the form of vibration motor, which is convenient and quick to install and does not need foundation.
