BRW40/20 emulsion pump

Brief introduction

The BRW40/20 emulsion pump product series is based on the general crankcase and derives the corresponding pressure parameters. This series of pumps and emulsion boxes constitute the emulsion pump station. The pump station is composed of two pumps. One pump is used, one pump is spare, and two units can be used at the same time if the work is needed. It mainly provides the power source for the comprehensive mechanized coal mining hydraulic support in the medium thick coal seam, and can also be used for other hydraulic equipment on the ground working fluid.

The BRW40/20 series emulsion pump is a horizontal three plunger reciprocating pump. Through a gear reducer, the pump is driven by a tire type coupling and drives the three curved crankshaft to rotate, and then the plunger is driven by the connecting rod and slider to make the reciprocating movement, so that the working fluid is absorbed and discharged in the head of the pump, and thus the electric energy is converted into hydraulic energy. The high pressure liquid is output for use when the hydraulic support works.
