50t /24h wheat flour mill is our main products. we can design our machine to process soft wheat, hard wheat and durum wheat. diffetent technology to meet different client's needs.
 
We have installed our machines in South Africa (1500T/24H), Ethiopia (500T/24H, 80T/24H ), Egypt( 200T/24H, 60T/24H) , Brazil(200T/24H), Zambia (150T/24H) and so on.
 It can process 50tons raw wheat per 24hours. It is from A to Z, means from start to end. such as wheat cleaning-milling-sifting-packing-control system.

The sieve remove all of impurity from wheat in order to reduce pollution of dust and impurity to workshop,and then it can ensure retral equipment with good running.and meanwhile aviod jaming of slip and wheat bin exit. And also the machine behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud ,broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.

The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.High separating efficiency-excellent grain cleaning.

The scourer is primarily designed for applications in the first and second cleaning section for the surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye:- for removing impurities and adhering contamination(dust,sand earth lumps, small seeds. etc.),- for improving product sanitation by reducing the microbe count(bacteria) and the insect and insect fragment count(filth count).

In the 50t/24h wheat flour milling machine, we use European standard roller mill. the quality is high and can get high quality wheat flour.
In the double bin sifter, we will give you different hole size of mesh screens, to get the different size of wheat flour, wheat meal.
It is the special equipment designed according to the power of the product line with function of protecting motor, giving alarm and easy control.
