Working Principle

Machine Features

1.Sterilization temperature of equipment is 62 ° C ~ 85 °C, can be adjusted,sterilization temperature accuracy ± 1 ºC.
2.Equipment all product contact parts are manufactured by SUS 304 stainless steel.
3.Pipe gaskets and seals made of food grade rubber PTFE.
4.Product pipeline connection using DIN Health fittings.
5.In the display output on the production of pasteurized machine is equipped with a  digital display temperature control system and timing control system for sterilization,and can choose sterilization temperature and sterilization time and the time gap  pump cycle time according to user requirements.
6.This device is a multi-tank modular structure,very suitable for small batch production of many varieties state use.
