l  Large output and high efficiency. The output of single throw can reach 5-6 tons / hour, and that of double throw can reach 6-8 tons / hour.
l  The machine is made of stainless steel. The roller surface is smooth and wear-resistant after special treatment. It is matched with the multi-specification segmented high wear-resistant sieve sheet suitable for the raw rice, so that the polished rice has high precision, low temperature, less crushing, white and bright surface, which can meet the technological requirements of different grain rice polishing.
l  The multi adjustable air mist spray device is adopted to ensure that the water in the whole polishing process is even and atomized sufficiently, the water quantity control is accurate and the adjustment is convenient, and the polishing effect is in an ideal state.
l  Equipped with intelligent ammeter, imported negative pressure meter and damper regulating device, the whole polishing process can be carried out under the quantified negative pressure state, with good polishing effect, simple and reliable adjustment at the same time.
l  The well-designed sieve bracket is convenient for maintenance, easy to disassemble and improves working efficiency.
