1. Full stainless steel (#201) construction for ease of cleaning
2. Steam system and hot-air circulation function.
3.Two digital timer. One for baking time, the other for water spray time.
4. Large glass window and light in the chamber provide good baking view.
5. Special designed steam generator to avoid steam explosion.
6. There is a air blower located at the back side of oven. This blower works as heat radiator to protect electric spare parts from overheat.
