Characteristic
The impactor is divided into two parts: impact and air suction. Its structure is shown in the figure. It is mainly composed of a throw plate installed on the spindle, a pin column impact ring at the edge of the throw plate, a transmission mechanism and an air suction device.
The rotary shaft of the motor is directly connected with the main shaft, and the swing plate is installed on the main shaft. The swing plate is made of two layers of steel plates, the upper layer is annular, and the middle space allows the material to flow into the lower layer. The two discs are connected by pins on the edge. The outside of the pins is a wear-resistant sleeve (made of white corundum, i.e. 95 # porcelain), and the middle is a fastening screw. The number of pins depends on the diameter of the swing plate, It is evenly arranged in two circles. The periphery of the throwing plate is a fixed impact ring (made of wear-resistant material). The lower part of the impact ring is connected with a conical cylinder, and the gap between the impact ring and the diffuser can be adjusted by the adjusting hand wheel. A suction outlet is set in the middle of the lower part of the machine, which is connected with the dust removal air net, so as to absorb the light impurities.
During the operation, the material falls into the uniformly rotating throwing plate from the feeding port, and moves to the edge of the throwing plate under the centrifugal force of the throwing plate. With the change of the position of the grain, the inertial centrifugal force increases gradually, and its movement speed is also gradually accelerated. When it moves to the edge of the throwing plate, it collides with the pin at high speed. After the collision, some grains are bounced onto other pins to continue to collide, and some grains are thrown onto the impact ring.
After many times of collision and mutual friction between grain and pin, grain and grain, grain and impact ring, the impurities with less strength than grain are smashed, and the light impurities such as mud, wool and husk on the surface of grain are wiped off.
After impact, the wheat grains are evenly dispersed and fall through the gap between the cone and the diffuser, and then flow out of the machine through air separation.
