4. Working Principle

In the process of seed rolling and mixing, the seed moves from the inlet end to the lower outlet end, meanwhile under the action of the copying plate and the guide plate, the seed rain forms along with the up and down movement of the roller; at the same time, the seed coating agent also flows into the nozzle after measurement, forms a fixed angle along with the air atomization and the seed rain, and repeatedly sprays the seed surface to form a film.

5. Equipment Structure

1. Seed feeding mechanism:

it is composed of bucket feeding roller and level sensor. Compared with the traditional lever tipper feeding mechanism, it has the characteristics of continuous feeding, accurate measurement and adjustable feeding amount.

2. Liquid medicine supply system:

it is composed of liquid medicine barrel, metering pump, pressure stabilizing tank, valve and measuring cup. It can be set to two states of manual sampling and automatic dosing as required. When it is set to the manual sampling state, the liquid medicine can flow into the measuring cup to determine whether the liquid medicine quantity has reached the seed coating proportion; when it is in the automatic state, it can realize the accurate drug supply according to the requirements of the seed ratio; the liquid medicine cylinder is equipped with a continuous mixing device and a liquid level indicating device.

3. Initial mixing mechanism of seed and seed coating agent:

the liquid medicine shaker is wave type, which can atomize the liquid medicine uniformly under high-speed rotation, make the mist particles become finer and improve the uniformity of coating.

4. Cleaning mechanism:

the brush structure is adopted. Driven by the cleaning motor, the cleaning brush scrapes off the materials and liquid medicine adhering to the inner wall of the primary mixing chamber of seeds, and also plays a role in mixing the materials.

5. Mixing mechanism:

The mixing shaft assembly is equipped with a certain angle arrangement fork and crescent blade, whose function is to further mix the material and the liquid medicine and then discharge them out of the machine. A sensor is set at the outlet of the mixing shaft to monitor the operation of the mixing shaft. In case of blockage, there is a red light alarm on the electric control cabinet and the machine stops.

6. Intelligent control system

 It is composed of programmable controller, hydraulic monitor and sensor to complete the automatic control of the equipment.
