PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This lollipop depositing line is designed base on the hard candy depositing line, with more than 20 years candy depositor fabricating experience, the 4th generation GD series lollipop depositing line is base on the 3rd generation machine, it is an advanced equipment which can continuously produce various kinds of lollipop under a strict sanitary condition.

 

FEATURES:

The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

 1) PLC /computer process control available;

 2) An LED touch panel for easy operating;

 3) The standard production capacity is from 150kgs/h to 600kg/h;

 4) The main parts is made of hygienic Stainless Steel

 5) Optional (mass) flowing controlled by Frequency inverters ;

 6) In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;

 7) Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;

 8) Use  AUTOMATIC STEAM CONTROL SYSTEM instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the microfilm cooker; 

 9) "two-color stripe depositing", "two-color double layers depositing", "central filling", "clear" hard candies and etc. can be made.

10) Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.

 

PROCESSING CHART:

Raw Material Melting -> Conveying -> Filter -> Storage -> Constant Syrup Conveying -> Pre-Heating -> Micro-Film Vacuum Cooking -> Discharging -> Mixing With Flavor And Color -> Depositing -> Cooling -> De-Moulding -> Conveying -> Packing

1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 
2. After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 
3. Packing:

    a. Inside the machine put desiccant

    b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap

    c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 
4. Container: according to different products for reinforcement
