Working Principle Of Peanut Shelling Machine

Peanut shelling machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which breaks the shell of peanut by means of the extrusion and impact of the scraper and cage grid on the rotating shaft. After the peanut enters the storage hopper, it falls into the sheller through the feeding port and collides with the high-speed rotating scraper. Under the hammer of the scraper, the peanut shell breaks, thus the first shelling is carried out. Part of the unruptured peanuts fall into the grid, so the peanuts will be hammered and squeezed again by the scraper when they fall into the grid, so that the shells of these peanuts will also be crushed. The peeled kernel and shell fall through the gap between grids. At the same time of falling, they are affected by the air flow from the fan. The shell is sent to the shell collecting channel because of its light weight, while the peanut kernel continues to fall because of its heavy weight, so as to achieve the purpose of shell kernel separation.
