Machine introduction of Egg Breaking Machine:
This machine break the eggs,and separate egg liquid from egg shell;Meanwhile,it crush the egg shell,
reduce volume,discharge;It can break the whole egg, separate egg shell and egg liquid automatically.
 
Machine features of Egg Breaking Machine:
1. It adopt special centrifugal mechanism design,all parts are made of 304 stainless steel,humanized design,
convenient to dismounting,clean;
2. Filter screen adopt slotted screen structure.Compared with flat screen,it is not easy to damage,jam;
with better filtering effect,no granular impurities left in egg liquid;
3. The vertical packing auger lift egg shell automatically,sent out off machine when passing discharge outlet.
There is only 1% egg liquid left in egg shell by this way,improve the egg liquid collecting rate greatly;meanwhile
the egg shell are crushed,reduce volume,discharge;
4. With large capacity,can process 1000-20000 pieces fresh eggs per hour;
