Product Description

Definition of cheese vat: a round vat in which the curd is formed and cut or broken in cheese making.

Model: WS-NLC-500

Structure: three layers stainless steel tank, Overhead Agitator,  Control box/panel, Adjustable foot.
Inner layer by mechanical polishing, tank body and pipe connection with arc transition , no dead angle, easy to clean.

Control box/panel: control the heating temperature&holding time and the start and stop of the mixing motor.

Agitator driven by two motors: one motor for stirring blade Rotary motion, one motor for stirring blade Longitudinal motion(three stirring paddles)

Process in the vat: Milk enters into the vat from the inlet through the filter, they are heated, and fermented to form curd in the vat, then stirring and cutting the curdle into small pieces of uniform size, drain whey from the outlet, the cheese is remained in the vat.

Heating method: Steam heating or Electric heating(2pcs Electric Heating Tube)
