Q8: Can this machine be used in the USA without using the voltage convert? If you have voltage 110V?
A: Yes, it can. we have US plug. Hongkong Egg Waffle Maker that has voltage 220V & 110V for option. It is appreciated that you can inform us when you need 110V. We need to check in stock.

Q9: How to clean the machine?

1) Once you have finished baking, switch set to the " Off " position; remove the plug from the electrical outlet. Leave the top lid open to allow grids to cool.

2) Please confirm that mold has cooled completely before cleaning.

3) Never take Bubble Waffle Maker apart for cleaning.

4) Don't use running water to clean it.

5) Simply brush crumbs from grooves, and absorb any excess cooking oil by wiping with a dry cloth or paper towel.

6) You may clean the mold by wiping with a damp cloth to prevent staining and sticking from batter or oil buildup.

7) If batter adheres to plates, simply pour a little cooking oil onto the baked batter and let stand approximately 5 minutes,
allowing the batter to soften for easy removal. To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft dry cloth. Never use an abrasive cleanser or harsh pad.
