Use and operation:
 

1. The power supply of this machine is 380V,a djust the air pressure of the air compressor to 0.6-0.8mpa (you can use  valve control) before starting up. Check wither have clutter in the conveyor belt of the gas offline. Press the "drive start" button when the power is connected, See if the running direction of the chain conveyor is consistent with the direction indicated on the machine, if the direction is not consistent, the machine must be adjusted to the direction of the marking to be used.
2. Start at work in sequence: (1) Press the drive start button first (2) Press the spin start button again (3) after all normal operation, and then open the vent valve. The divided garlic is directly into the peeling machine, through the walking chain conveyor belt into the peeling workshop, the garlic cloves and garlic skin are separated by compressed air during the walking process, and then the peeling garlic cloves go to the sorting conveyor.
3. If automatic loading, can send garlic to material inlet by conveyor belt evenly; if artificially, can put garlic directly in the material inlet make it evenly enter. The broken garlic skin will be blow away by draught fan, after the garlic cloves drop out of the outlet.
4. The feeding speed of the automatic feeding machine is feeding machine can be controlled by hand. The motor with the pneumatic conveyor chain is equipped with a speed regulating device, able to control the speed of the conveyor chain and it can also adjust the level of peeling skin efficiency.

Maintenance and upkeep:

2. The transmission network chain is checked every shift to prevent the wire distortion and the bending of the support rod, affecting normal use. . Bearings shall be replenished by butter every seven days; the oil level of the reduction box is inspected every 15 days, Add oil when oil level is insufficient.
3. After a period of time, the transmission network can be loosened due to the constant pull, the slack of the chain can easily cause the climbing chain or derailment, if this happens, and adjusting pull rod of the front drive bearing should be adjusted to tighten the net chain.
4. After a period of time the cover plate in a chain is easy to stick garlic and puree, need regular cleaning. Remove the screws from the cover when cleaning, remove the cover plate to clean, after cleaning, It can be installed as is.

Prohibited items:

1. When the machine is operating, if the abnormal is found, the machine will stop for inspection immediately; it is strictly forbidden to do anything when the machine is running.
