WFCM-10 micro wheat flour mill is the smallest equipment in the whole flour milling plant. It is mainly composed of seed cleaning equipment, flour mill, circular screen, fan and air lock. You can produce F1 flour, F2 flour and standard flour according to your needs.

The small wheat flour mill has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small occupation area, simple installation, low labor intensity, low investment and low energy consumption. Processing Flow

Raw wheat will first enter the combined cleaning machine for cleaning, and then the wheat will be ground by roller mill. During grinding, the product will be separated by sieve and reel. F1 Flour, F2 flour and standard flour will be separated by this process. The last process is packaging, which you can weigh with a platform scale and sew with a portable sewing machine.

 

Packing Delivery

First, the brown rice is fed to rice polisher through screw head. the surface of the rice grain is polished by friction under a certain pressure and temperature. Through the polishing treatment, not only the floating surface of the rice grain can be cleared, but also the starch is pregelatinized and gelatinized on the surface of the rice starch, and the starch gelatinization makes up for cracks, thereby obtaining the smooth appearance, improving the storage life of the rice, therefore polished rice is very necessary.
