Notice:

1, Test the machie empty to confirm the machine work properly before use.
2  the dough for rolling can not be hard (such as frozen dough), and do not adjust the thickness too much at one time, otherwise it will be bad for the machine stability and service life. 

When the thickness of the dough is more than 10mm, each time it can be 5mm thiner; when the dough 5 ~ 10mm, each time decrease 2mm thickness; when the dough 5mm or less, it can be each time1mm decreasing.
3, It is prohibited to put any heavy goods on the transmission platform.
4, after the machine running 40 hours, please readjust the belt, chain to the appropriate position, in order to avoid transmission slipping off the chain;
5, After the machine running 80 hours, please add lubricant to the transmission parts, 

6, Please keep the machine clean, the belts, chains and other transmission components can not be attached to flour or dirt or other items, in case the axle burn out or damage;
7. wipe the machine with clean dry cloth, do not use running water to clean, it is not strictly forbidden.
