Product Description

High Precision Tinplate and Thin Metal Sheet Slitting Line XE160ZS

Application:This line is used to split shearing of tinplate, galvanized band, copper, stainless steel band and aluminum band. The metal coil can be sheared into band material with various width, and recoil the band material into small coil for further use. It is a necessary device for motor, household electrical appliance, auto, building material, package industry and precision slitting of other metal band material.

Construction: It consists of hydraulic decoiler, charge hoist, cantilever support, feeding device, high precision round shear cutter, tension unit, hydraulic recoiler, discharge car and electric control cabinet.

Features:  
1. High speed decoiler with cantilever support, adopt ground recoiling to save the heavy labor of excavating a pit.
2. Slitter with locked round shear cutter, easy to change slitting size.
3. Tension unit adopts air chamber type of compaction, making sure the balanced tension at the difference thickness of the strips.
