Established in 1992 with the macrobiotic diet trend, Jinghua Food Machine Co, Ltd. Began from manufacturing electric free automatic seed sprouters for families and restaurants. Standing out for compact design, easy operation, and reasonable price, the sprouters had good sales and reputation around the world.

Besides Chinese encrusting machines, Jinghua also received lots of inquiries from India clients for samosa. After Indian field surveys and exhibitions, he was touched by the booming potential frozen food demand of nearly 1.3 billion domestic and overseas Indians, ever since, Jinghua has started to develop machines for traditional Indian food like Chapati, Rasgula, Gula jamum, puri, paratha, Nankeem, Lacha Paratha^etc.
